Description
AIXRO’s XF40 is a powerful aircraft motor additionally equipped with a starter, a generator and a water pump. It weighs only 18,7 kilos – including attachments, reduction unit excluded – which is extremely lightweight. The generator delivers 75 W at 5000 rpm, which is enough power for all measuring instruments aboard. Thus, the battery is charged during flight and the motor can be equipped with a compensating tank which allows for an overhead mounting.
The fuel consumption of max. 5-7 l/h at 5,000 rpm (full load) is about 370 g/kW
The XF-40’s innovative built-in bearings withstand extreme variations in temperature easily. Also, speed, rate of climb and noise emissions can optionally be configured individually – tailored to your needs.
